Is this program really going to save me that much time?
You bet! After using the Recruitment Manager, you're going to wonder how you ever did things before. Job Setup

How many open jobs can I have at once?
You can have an unlimited amount open jobs at any given time. Your monthly subscription entitles you to full use of the Recruitment Manager and isn't based on a specific amount of jobs your hiring for. You can have one job, ten jobs, or even more.

Can I specify the file types I want?
Absolutely! We wouldn't want you to receive a file that you can't open. When creating a job you get to specify exactly what file types you are willing to accept. A candidate will not be allowed to upload a file type you don't want.

What if a person wants more information?
When creating a job you can include your phone number and your e-mail address. The Recruitment Manager is also integrated with "Stealth E-Mail". This feature lets you hide your actual e-mail address, which prevents you from getting added to spam lists. Instead applicants will be able to fill out an online contact form, which will immediately be forwarded to your inbox.

What kind of application questions can I include?
We wanted the application builder to be as open-ended as possible so you could use the exact format you desire. You can choose from the following answer types: text box (short answer), text area (long answer), check box (multiple selections), drop-down menu (one selection), radio button (one selection) or default yes/no buttons.

Do I have to create a supplementary application?
No. You don't have to create one if you don't want to. If you choose not to have an application, then the wizard will skip over that entire section.

What if I don't want people to send cover letters?
You can choose the exact documents you want. If you don't want cover letters, then you can tell the wizard that cover letters are not accepted. You also have the option of indicating whether they are mandatory, optional or preferable.

If I use the evaluation tool, can I choose my own evaluation criteria?
Absolutely! You can choose what sections you want to evaluate (Résumé, Interview, Application) as well as the specific criteria for each section. You can also setup your preferred point scale for evaluation.

Can I be notified when new people apply?
Yes. You can tell the Job Setup Wizard exactly when you want to get notified and what e-mail address (or multiple e-mail addresses) you wish to receive the e-mail at. You can say, for example, e-mail me at john@email.com when 5 new people apply.

If I have tons of people apply will everything still be organized?
Absolutely! Whether you have one, one-hundred, or one-thousand people apply, the Recruitment Manager keeps everything incredibly organized and ensures all the information is at your fingertips. With one click you can load the entire file for an applicant.

Can I search through the applicants automatically?
You can! There is a built-in search feature that will let you search through everything for a first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, application text, or communication logs.

How do filters work?
Filters help make your job a lot easier! You can create score-based or application-based filters. What you are actually doing is telling the Wizard something like "Don't show me anyone who scored less than 7 on their résumé." The wizard will then instantly review all your applicants and rebuild your list so you don't have to waste your time looking at people who don't meet your criteria. You can also tell the Wizard "Only show me people who said they can work evenings on their application." The Wizard will review everyone's application responses and present to you a list of those who meet your criteria. This automation saves you tons of time!

Can I see when a person submitted their application?
Yes. Each submission is date and time stamped.

Can I really schedule interviews right from the Recruitment Manager?
You bet! When viewing an applicant's file you can setup an interview by entering the data and time you would like that person scheduled. You can also include an additional message, which will be sent to the applicant.

Can I print a full interview schedule for myself?
Yes. At any time you can print an interview schedule that will show you everything that has been set so far.

What is "Quick-View"?
A quick-view version of a file (résumé and/or cover letter) is a copy that you can view directly in your web-browser without the need to download a file. This is a helpful option if you want to look at something quickly without the risk of downloading files or the need to open another program.

Is there a limit to how many résumés and cover letters I can store online?
No. Your subscription to the Recruitment Manager entitles you to unlimited space for applicant's files.

How long is the applicant's information kept in the Recruitment Manager?
All information is kept online and intact while your job is still open. Once you have filled your job and marked it as 'closed' the information is still archived online. This way if you ever need to go back and review something, it's all still at your fingertips.

Applying Online

Is applying online easy?
It's incredibly easy! It's probably easier than applying the traditional method because the on-screen instructions help you every step of the way. The process is broken down into easy steps and has been rigorously tested to ensure that everyone can use it without any problems.

Where do I go to apply?
Each business has a BizAddress, which is a domain within Eliteweb reserved exclusively for that company. When you go to a company's BizAddress page, you'll be able to access a list of their open jobs and apply.

I already have a résumé typed up. Do I need to change anything?
No. You don't need to do anything special to apply online. Instead of printing the file, you will upload it with just one click.

Can I change my application answers once I have submitted them?
Once you have submitted your application it is sent to the company and cannot be edited. Before submitting everything, however, you can click the 'preview' button to see exactly how it looks.

I use dial-up Internet. Is that a problem?
Not at all! Whether you're using high speed broadband or dial-up, the online application process will be a breeze.

Is applying online safe and secure?
Of course! Once your information has been submitted only the company you applied to can review your information. Your information is not passed on to any third-party and you are not added to any mailing lists. Making sure your information is kept private is one of our top priorities.
